I’ve been meaning to write this post for a while now and finally am getting to it.
If you read my blog a while back, you know I used to create diet and exercise plans for people. I stopped doing that when I got on board the Tone It Up team. Their program is so inspiring, fun, and effective, I just wanted to promote that to anyone looking to live the healthiest lifestyle they possibly can.
First off, the Tone It Up girls, Katrina and Karena, are super inspiring. They send daily emails that motivate you to make everyday amazing. New workouts, recipes, and online support come from joining this team.
They also have hair, makeup, and other beauty tips.

Basically I just wanted to recommend this plan to anyone who may be tired of dieting and not getting results, working out constantly and not seeing results, anything like that. It’s a great place to start if you need guidance on how to start or what you should be eating, etc.
