So I got my x-rays done yesterday and will hopefully hear back about them soon. Until then I’m actually embracing taking it easy. Walking, the occasional bike ride, and some yoga. It actually makes me really focus on good eating because when I work out a lot I get really hungry. That equation makes sense. So now that I’m backing off some, I haven’t been as hungry anyways.
For dinner last night I picked up a salad from Wild Greens with mixed greens, beets, cucumber, avocado, grilled chicken, asparagus, and carrots.
I ate about half (it’s a very large bowl) and the rest is lunch today.
I overslept this morning and was too lazy to make breakfast ahead of time last night like I usually do, so Starbucks supplied my breakfast for today.
Other snacks include a lot of fruit and green smoothies.

Do you eat more or less when you aren’t working out? Do you notice a change in your appetite? My appetite when working out is SO MUCH bigger than when I’m not! Huge difference. But I don’t mind it, it’s all about balance. I am looking forward to having my Saturday morning runs back! Just maybe not so far on the distance to take care of the legs :)
