Christmas Eve Workout

In case you need a good, tough workout for Christmas Eve morning to blast lots of calories, why don’t you give this a try?  It’s what I’ll be doing :)  I plan to either do a self-led vinyasa or perhaps a video from Gaiam TV for the yoga portion.  We’ll see.

I’m gonna try it (looks tough!) but not today. I’m going to take advantage today of the only dry weather in days, and maybe days to come, so say the powers that be on the newscast! But I”ll try it the day after Christmas, when the gym re-opens and when I really need it.
Can you tell me what “toe touches” are in the ab circuit. I’ve got it on the rest. Thanks

Sure! Just lay on your back and extend your legs straight up so your body is in a 90 degree angle. Reach up with your hands to touch your toes!! Thanks for reading… Merry christmas!
