Cardio & Flight

After work I was eager to go get my sweat on at the gym (for the first time in a long time!) and I completed the Secret Admirer cardio workout.  I go in a total of 4.12 miles between 3 machines.  I liked that it changed it up so I didn’t get bored on one!

(and the beasty stairmaster in the back…that thing is brutal but such a tough workout! puts the other two to shame)

My night included going to have dinner at Mike’s mom’s house with some of his fam and then we came back to our place after and watched Looper.  Mike didn’t like it much but I thought it was really good.  He also fell asleep for about 30 minutes of it after a long work day so I don’t think his opinion can count 100% ;)

This morning I had a blueberry protein pancake with greek yogurt, pb, and honey.  I’m going to take Mav on a nice walk soon and then I am finally taking my arm balance and inversions workshop this afternoon!  I’m kinda nervous but really excited too.

Not sure if I’ll be able to get any pictures during or not but if not I’ll try to replicate anything I may be able to do later!

    Oh my goodness, have so much fun at the inversion class! I’d probably fall over into about 302582370 people right now, but maybe some day I’ll be able to play. And I love that the Secret Admirer workout is split up between machines. I get indoor ADD REAL fast when it comes to cardio. Way to kill it! :)

    I sweat so much more after just 15 minutes on a treadmill. I’m a swimmer though so my cardio is a bit different ha. Whatever gives you a good workout I guess!
