Be Fit Friday: Toned Tummy

I’m snowed in!

It’ll be an at-home workout for me today, so might as well throw in some extra ab work :)


If you don’t feel the burn during this circuit, then congratulations, you already have abs of steel.

Update: Just tried this- so awesome! It’s a shoulder workout too, thanks to the planks. Mine were burning!

Love this one. I feel like I get stuck in a rut with the same moves sometimes, and then get bummed when I’m not as sore as I think I’m going to be. Pinning this one for this weekend! :)
