My day has pretty much revolved around one thing.
Both practicing and reading. I’m starting the above book today (not finished with Spirit Junkie yet but sometimes I like reading more than one book at once) and I’m eager to see what it has to say and what I can learn.
Was able to straighten my leg in birds of paradise this morning. My flexibility is really starting to make big improvements I think. I feel like I’ve broken through a plateau and I’m starting to feel a lot more open than ever. The mind-body connection in yoga is what I love the most and when my body feels open physically my mind and heart feel open as well. It’s hard to describe but if you practice I’m sure you know what I mean
Now planning out my week’s workouts and some meal ideas…and getting a walk with Maverick a little later. Maybe painting again if I have time.
