I am in the mood to have a productive day. I love when that happens so I hope I’m able to check lots of things off of my to-do list. The good news is, I’ve already checked off my workout for day! I got up before work to get in a sweat sesh. Below you’ll find my 40 minute workout that I did this morning. It requires minimal equipment and you could probably do it without if necessary. If you don’t have a kettlebell (go get one!) then you can use a dumbbell for the kettlebell swings and just hold it vertically. Seriously though, think about investing in a KB. I just got a new one from Target and did a workout on Sunday morning that I am still sore from! That may or may not be this Be Fit Friday’s workout, hint hint ;)

Afterwards I had my hot lemon water (on a kick for this stuff), coffee, and breakfast.
Nonfat greek yogurt with mangos, dried cranberries, and nut mix. I used nonfat greek yogurt today because it’s what I had left in my fridge but I have been loving the 2% greek yogurt. So much tastier :)
